This years activities include sms, call centre, IVR and online activities. ZAD Solutions was responsible for designing and developing the core application which holds the central database and integrates all the 4 channels. Working with 4 different suppliers who the leaders in their field.
The great su
ccess of the Egyptian National Cheering Team in year 2008 is what made Lipton extend its support through 2009 with more advanced activities.
The application is responsible for managing and validating sms subscriptions, points’ addition, validation and sms feedback.
The users profiles and logs are stored in the system for call center support. The call centre interface is developed to provide fast and easy access to all users logs generated online, and through sms, IVR or call centre agents.
