About the Job
- Manage ongoing Odoo support to customers
- Handle Customers requirements and direct them to the technical team
- Perform daily and monthly operational tasks
- Develops and presents training materials for end users
- Update ERP technical and business documentations
- Other duties as assigned.
- 0-3 Years of experience
- Graduate of business administration, business informatics, informations systems, or computer science.
- Basic knowledge of ERP
- Knowledge of Odoo is a plus
- Ability to work with employees in all levels and implement changes
- Organized, customer service minded and detail oriented
- Team player, good communication and social skills
