CRM for ERA Commercial

ERA is a leading multinational real-estate brokerage company. ZAD Solutions was selected to develop and implement the real-estate CRM for ERA. The system was specially developed to serve high traffic call center requests withh minimmum effort for the agents.

The CRM is also focusing on realestate requirments with its wide diversity and specifications.

The CRM is the first phase of a complete real-estate application that manages the sales process and product availability. It should cover the process from the initial call till the contract signature and invoicing.

Part of the project should include a Web portal that is integrated with the projects and available units to give the clients a full online real-estate selling/buing experience.
